These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShePlansSolo.com, related pages, customer accounts, digital products, communications and services operated under the She Plans Solo brand.

In these Terms, “She Plans Solo,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the store. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, customer or other user.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the website, placing an order, downloading a product or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and other policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you have not reached the age of legal majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You may not use the services where doing so would violate applicable law.

2. Our products

She Plans Solo provides digital travel-planning and educational resources, which may include:

  • guides;

  • workbooks;

  • planners;

  • checklists;

  • templates;

  • decision tools;

  • scripts;

  • quizzes;

  • assessments;

  • downloadable files;

  • bundles; and

  • related digital content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

Product features, file formats, compatibility requirements and inclusions are described on the relevant product page.

3. Orders

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms.

We may accept, reject, cancel or place an order under review where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • payment failure;

  • pricing or description errors;

  • suspected fraud;

  • unauthorized activity;

  • product unavailability;

  • sanctions or legal restrictions;

  • technical problems; or

  • misuse of the website.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the digital product is delivered or made accessible, unless we notify you otherwise.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • the purchase price;

  • applicable sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax or similar tax;

  • currency-conversion charges imposed by your provider; and

  • other charges clearly disclosed before purchase.

We may change prices at any time. A later price change or promotion does not affect a completed purchase or automatically create a right to a refund of the difference.

5. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

You represent that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method;

  • the information provided is accurate; and

  • the transaction does not violate law or third-party rights.

Payments may be processed by Shopify, Shopify Payments and other payment providers. Their additional terms may apply.

6. Digital delivery

Digital delivery may occur through:

  • an order-confirmation page;

  • email;

  • a customer account;

  • a download link; or

  • a third-party delivery platform.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking filtered folders and maintaining a secure backup after downloading.

Delivery and access are also governed by our Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy.

7. Limited personal-use licence

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, She Plans Solo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, access and use the purchased product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

  • download the files for your own use;

  • store reasonable backup copies;

  • print reasonable copies for your own use; and

  • complete or adapt worksheets for your personal travel planning.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • sell, resell or sublicense a product;

  • share a product with friends, family members, clients, customers, colleagues, groups or online communities;

  • upload a product to a shared drive, membership site, course platform or public website;

  • reproduce or distribute all or a substantial part of a product;

  • use a product to provide paid consulting, coaching, travel planning, teaching or training;

  • remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;

  • translate and distribute a product;

  • create a competing or derivative commercial product;

  • use product content to train or populate an artificial-intelligence system for commercial purposes;

  • make files available through peer-to-peer networks; or

  • permit another person to use your download link.

Each purchase ordinarily licenses the product to one individual user unless the product page expressly states that a household, team, commercial or extended licence is included.

8. Intellectual property

The website and products, including their:

  • text;

  • frameworks;

  • systems;

  • worksheets;

  • templates;

  • questions;

  • graphics;

  • product names;

  • logos;

  • photographs;

  • illustrations;

  • design;

  • layout;

  • downloads;

  • videos; and

  • branding

are owned by or licensed to She Plans Solo and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You receive only the limited licence expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;

  • interfere with website security or operation;

  • introduce malware, harmful code or automated attacks;

  • scrape, crawl or extract content without permission;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system;

  • impersonate another person;

  • submit false payment, account or contact information;

  • manipulate referrals, reviews, promotions or discount codes;

  • distribute purchased files without authorization;

  • use the website to infringe another person’s rights;

  • harass our personnel, partners or other users; or

  • use the services in a manner that materially burdens or damages them.

10. Travel-information disclaimer

She Plans Solo provides planning frameworks and general educational information. We are not a:

  • travel agency;

  • tour operator;

  • transportation provider;

  • accommodation provider;

  • immigration adviser;

  • security company;

  • emergency-response provider;

  • insurance provider; or

  • government authority.

We do not book, control or supervise flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, guides, destinations or third-party travel services.

Travel conditions can change rapidly. Information concerning:

  • safety;

  • crime;

  • weather;

  • health;

  • entry requirements;

  • visas;

  • transportation;

  • local laws;

  • cultural practices;

  • prices;

  • insurance;

  • accessibility; and

  • destination conditions

may become incomplete or outdated.

You are responsible for checking current information from official government authorities, embassies, transportation providers, accommodation providers, insurers and qualified professionals before making or implementing travel decisions.

11. No safety guarantee

No destination, accommodation, transportation method, activity or travel plan can be guaranteed to be safe or risk-free.

Our products may help you identify considerations and organize decisions, but they cannot:

  • predict every risk;

  • eliminate crime, injury, illness or loss;

  • verify every third party;

  • replace situational awareness;

  • guarantee emergency assistance; or

  • guarantee a particular travel outcome.

You remain responsible for your personal decisions, preparation, conduct, security and wellbeing.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or governmental authority.

12. No professional advice

Our products and content do not constitute:

  • legal advice;

  • medical advice;

  • mental-health advice;

  • financial advice;

  • immigration advice;

  • tax advice;

  • insurance advice;

  • professional security advice; or

  • personalized travel-agent advice.

Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where your circumstances require it.

13. Individual results

Customer experiences and testimonials are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same result.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your decisions, circumstances, destination, budget, preparation and use of the product.

We do not guarantee that a product will:

  • eliminate anxiety;

  • prevent an incident;

  • secure a visa;

  • reduce travel costs;

  • produce a specific itinerary;

  • ensure family approval;

  • ensure companionship;

  • guarantee personal transformation; or

  • make a destination appropriate for you.

14. Product accuracy and updates

We aim to describe products accurately and correct material errors.

We do not warrant that every item of general travel information will remain complete or current after publication.

We may revise, correct or update a product. Unless expressly promised on the product page, a purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, future editions or newly released products.

15. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or reference third-party websites, products, booking platforms, government resources, insurers, apps or service providers.

We do not control independent third parties and are not responsible for their:

  • availability;

  • accuracy;

  • security;

  • privacy practices;

  • terms;

  • pricing;

  • conduct; or

  • performance.

A reference or link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Your transactions with third parties are governed by your agreement with those third parties.

16. Affiliate and referral relationships

We may work with referral partners, affiliates, creators or other businesses.

A partner may receive compensation when you purchase through a qualifying link or code. Where required, the relationship will be disclosed.

Referral compensation does not increase your price unless expressly stated.

We may also include affiliate links to third-party services. Any commission does not create control over or responsibility for the third party.

17. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have separate eligibility, duration and redemption terms.

Unless expressly stated:

  • codes cannot be combined;

  • codes have no cash value;

  • codes cannot be applied retroactively;

  • codes may be limited by customer, order or product; and

  • suspected misuse may result in cancellation.

18. Refunds

Refunds and remedies are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

19. Customer accounts

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account information;

  • safeguarding your password;

  • limiting access to your device;

  • activity conducted through your account; and

  • notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or enforce these Terms.

20. Reviews, feedback and submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, suggestion or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.

You grant She Plans Solo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit for length or formatting and distribute the submission for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.

We will not intentionally attribute a private customer-service communication to you publicly without permission.

You represent that your submission:

  • is truthful;

  • reflects your genuine experience;

  • does not infringe third-party rights;

  • does not contain confidential information; and

  • is not unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or deceptive.

We may decline or remove content that violates these standards.

21. Website availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We will use reasonable efforts to restore access where a disruption affects paid digital products.

22. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they can lawfully be disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, She Plans Solo and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses arising from or relating to:

  • reliance on travel information;

  • a travel decision or activity;

  • third-party conduct;

  • lost data;

  • lost profits;

  • business interruption;

  • personal inconvenience;

  • cancelled travel;

  • destination conditions; or

  • unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to She Plans Solo for the product giving rise to the claim.

The exclusions and limits in this section do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Plans Solo from third-party claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful use of the services;

  • your unauthorized distribution or commercial use of a product;

  • your infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; or

  • your material violation of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach.

25. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have:

  • violated these Terms;

  • shared or resold products without authorization;

  • engaged in fraud or abuse;

  • compromised website security; or

  • created material legal or operational risk.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued before termination. Intellectual-property, licence restrictions, disclaimers, liability provisions and dispute provisions survive termination.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, technology or business practices.

The revised Terms apply from the stated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.

The Terms in effect when you completed a purchase will generally govern that transaction, except where a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

27. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer’s ordinary place of residence.

28. Informal dispute resolution

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and She Plans Solo agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

29. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;

  • internet or utility outages;

  • cyberattacks;

  • platform failures;

  • labour disruptions;

  • governmental actions;

  • war;

  • civil unrest;

  • epidemics;

  • payment-network failures; or

  • failures of independent service providers.

This provision does not remove any remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

30. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

32. Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition, sale of business assets or transfer of the She Plans Solo business, subject to applicable law.

33. Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the website and products, except for any separate written agreement signed by both parties.

34. Electronic communications

You consent to receive agreements, order confirmations, notices and transaction communications electronically.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
